From the Login screen, follow these steps to reset your password.
 
Login screen
 
Select the Forgot Password link
 
The Forgot Password screen will appear
 
Select the SMS or EMAIL radio button to confirm how you would prefer to receive further instructions

 
Enter Username

 
Select RESET button
 
You may select the Cancel link to return to the Login screen at any time
Forgot Password screen
 
You will be redirected back to the Login screen and receive an on-screen confirmation message stating instructions have been sent to the location you requested.

SMS confirmation message
SMS confirmation message
 
Using your username and the temporary password you received via SMS or Email, login to your account.
 
Enter Username
 
Enter temporary Password
 
Select LOGIN button
Login button
 
The Change Password screen will appear.
 
Enter your new Password 
Your password requires:
- between 8 and 15 characters
- at least one special character (e.g. ! @ # $)
- at least one number
 
Re-enter your password in the 
 
Confirm your new Password field 
Change Password screen

Select the red eye if you would like to see your password characters.
 
NOTE: You may select the Cancel link to return to the previous screen at any time.
 
Select CHANGE PASSWORD button 
Change Password screen
 
 
You will receive a success on-screen message to confirm your password has been changed. 
Password changed successfully screen
 
Login with your username and new password to continue.
