Follow these steps to recover a password:
On the Login page, click the Forgot Password link.
The Recover page will display. Choose how the temporary password should be sent to you – either SMS or Email.
Enter your username (this is same as your employee code) and click the RECOVER button.
You will be redirected back to the Login page. Enter your username and the temporary password sent either via SMS or Email and click the SIGN IN button.
You will be prompted to enter a new password and type it again to confirm, then click the CHANGE PASSWORD button. Ensure it is at least 8 characters long, has 1 number and 1 special character (e.g. ! @ # $).
You will receive an on-screen message to confirm you have successfully changed your password.
Click the Home link to go to the home page.
