This block on the dashboard shows the number of SMSs sent from the MyZone system (across the Shoprite Group of Companies) this year. The information is presented in a pie chart. There are two values shown:
- The number of SMSs sent successfully
- The number of SMSs sent to invalid numbers
To see the actual number of SMSs sent, move your mouse over the chart. This displays the count of SMSs as well as the count represented as a percentage of the total number of SMSs sent.
Note: the data presented on the dashboard is not real-time. It is only updated once a day.
To get additional options for this chart, move your mouse over it to display the additional icons. With these icons, you can:
- Enlarge the chart by clicking the Focus Mode icon.
- Change the view of the graph by clicking the More Options icon and then selecting Sort By Message Status or Sort By SMS Count.
- Export the data of the graph into a CSV format by clicking the More Options icon and then selecting Export data.
