Once the Bulletin Progress (Summary) report has generated, it will load in a new tab.


Refer to the help topic on the report toolbar for information on the icons that appear at the top of the page.


Page 1 – high-level view


The top section of the report shows you the date and time you generated the report as well as the options you selected for Bulletin Code/Name, Site Code/Name, Brand and Division.


The following information is displayed in a table format:



  • Location – the location is pulled from the City field in Shoprite’s central database.
  • Site/Branch – this is the name of the site / branch. To see a more detailed view of the bulletin progress at a specific site, click on the site name.
  • Progress % - the percentage is calculated on the number of bulletins sent to learners at that site vs. the actual number of bulletins read. The percentage will be calculated on the bulletins you selected when you generated the report (e.g. it might be across all bulletins or specific bulletins you selected).


Page 2 – site level view


The top section of the report shows you the date and time you generated the report as well as the options you selected for Bulletin Code/Name, Brand and Division. It also shows you the location of the specific site you are viewing.


The following information is displayed in a table format:



  • Surname – the surname of the learner.
  • Name – the first name of the learner.
  • Employee Number – the employee number of the learner.
  • Department – the department of the learner. To see a more detailed view of the bulletin progress for a specific department at the site, click on the department name.
  • Position – the position / job of the learner.
  • Bulletin Name – the name of the bulletin sent to the learner.
  • Status Read – this column will show a status of Read if the learner has opened and acknowledged they have read / viewed the bulletin. At the bottom of the list, you will see the total number of bulletins that have been read.
  • Status Unread – this column will show a status of Unread if the learner has not read / viewed the bulletin. At the bottom of the list, you will see the total number of bulletins that have not been read (unread).
