Once the Content Deployment report has generated, it will load in a new tab.
Refer to the help topic on the report toolbar for information on the icons that appear at the top of the page.
Page 1 – high-level view
The top section of the report shows you the date and time you generated the report as well as the options you selected for Course/Bulletin ID and Name.
The following information is displayed in a table format:
- Course/Bulletin Name – the name of the course or heavy bulletin. To see a more detailed view of the content deployment for a specific course/bulletin, click on the course/bulletin name.
- ID – the ID number of the course that is passed through from SAP. Heavy bulletins do not have an ID number and will reflect N/A.
- Version – the version number of the course assigned by the Shoprite Learning & Development team.
- Deployment % - the percentage is calculated on the number of PCs that need to receive the content vs. the actual number of PCs that have received the content.
Note: if you are using this report to monitor when a course should be activated or a heavy bulletin published, you should look at the deployment percentage for each language version (EN, FR and PT) if applicable.
Page 2 – course/bulletin view
The top section of the report shows you the date and time you generated the report as well as the option you selected for Course/Bulletin ID and Name.
The following information is displayed in a table format:
- Course/Bulletin Name – the name of the course/bulletin whose content deployment status you are viewing.
- ID – the ID number of the course that is passed through from SAP. Heavy bulletins do not have an ID number and will reflect N/A.
- Version – the version number of the course assigned by the Shoprite Learning & Development team.
- Country – the country where the training PC is located.
- Brand – the brand wherein the training PC is located.
- Division – the division where the training PC is located.
- Site/Branch – the name of the site/branch where the training PC is located.
- PC Name – the name of the PC that the course/bulletin needs to be deployed to. Each PC has a unique name and this can be used by MyZone Support to troubleshoot problems.
- Deployed – If the course/bulletin has been deployed to the PC, then a status of Yes will display. If the content has not been deployed to the PC, then a status of No will display.
- Date – the date the content was received at the PC.
- Time – the time the content was received at the PC.
