Once the E Learning Tracking Status Detail report has generated, it will load in a new tab.
The report displays Individual e-Learning progress. The progress is expressed as a percentage and is calculated on the number of Individual e-Learning courses available to learners on their pathway vs. the number of courses they have completed.
Refer to the help topic on the report toolbar for information on the icons that appear at the top of the page.
Page 1 – high-level view
The top section of the report shows you the date and time you generated the report as well as the options you selected for Brand, Division and Site Code/Name.
Progress Percentage
The pie chart shows how many sites fall within a progress percentage range.
The following information is then displayed in a table format:
- Location – the location is pulled from the City field in Shoprite’s central database.
- Site or Branch – this is the name of the site / branch. To see a more detailed view of the Individual e-Learning progress at a specific site, click on the site name.
- Division – the Division(s) represented at the site / branch.
- Progress Percentage - the Individual e-Learning progress percentage for each Division. The percentage is calculated on the number of Individual e-Learning courses available to learners on their pathway vs. the number of courses they have completed.
- Total – the overall Individual e-Learning progress percentage for the site / branch (e.g. Checkers Knysna).
- Total - the overall Individual e-Learning progress percentage for the location (e.g. Knysna).
Page 2 – site level view
The top section of the report shows you the date and time you generated the report as well as the options you selected for Brand and Division.
E Learning Progress per Department
The bar graph shows the Individual e-Learning progress percentage for each Department at the site.
E Learning Progress Percentage per Job
The bar graph shows the Individual e-Learning progress percentage for each Job at the site.
E Learning Progress Percentage per Learner
The following information is displayed in a table format:
- Department – the department of the learner.
- Job – the position / job of the learner.
- Surname – the surname of the learner.
- Name – the first name of the learner.
- Employee Number – the employee number of the learner.
- No of Elearning Courses on Curriculum – the number of Individual e-Learning courses assigned to the learner.
- No of ELearning Courses completed – the number of Individual e-Learning courses that the learner has completed. The learner must pass the course for it to count as a completion.
- % Completion – the percentage is calculated on the number of Individual e-Learning courses available to learners on their pathway vs. the number of courses they have completed.
Each Job has a sub-total line (highlighted in grey) which includes:
- The total number of Individual e-Learning courses assigned to learners in that job.
- The total number of Individual e-Learning courses completed by learners in that job.
- The completion percentage across all learners in that job.
Each Department has a total line (highlighted in green) which includes:
- The total number of Individual e-Learning courses assigned to learners in that department.
- The total number of Individual e-Learning courses completed by learners in that department.
- The completion percentage across all learners in that department.
Each Site has a total line (highlighted in orange) which includes:
- The total number of Individual e-Learning courses assigned to learners at the site.
- The total number of Individual e-Learning courses completed by learners at the site.
- The completion percentage across all learners at the site.
