To access the Bulletins list, from the left-hand menu, go to Support > Bulletin Admin.


Note: you will only see this option if you have been assigned the Bulletin Admin role.


The Bulletins list shows all bulletins that have been created and saved, whether unpublished or published (available to learners). Bulletins that have expired (no longer visible to learners) will not show in this list. The list also has a summary view of the following details:



  • Subscriber – the name of your company.
  • Category – the category in which the bulletin will appear for the learner (Marketing, Operational, RAPID Course or Retail Varsity).
  • Description – the title of the bulletin as it appears to the learner in their bulletin list.
  • Expiry Date – the date the bulletin is scheduled to expire (no longer visible to learners).
  • Published – there are two states:
    • True – the bulletin has been published and is available to learners.
    • False – the bulletin has not been published and is not available to learners.


From the bulletins list you can edit an existing bulletin or create a new bulletin.
