Once the Training Utilization report has generated, it will load in a new tab.
Refer to the help topic on the report toolbar for information on the icons that appear at the top of the page.
The top section of the report shows you the date and time you generated the report as well as the options you selected for Division and Date Range.
Training utilization indicated in weeks
The line graph shows the number of training attempts, grouped by Division, that took place every week of the selected date range.
Training utilization indicated in days
The pie chart shows the most popular days of the week that learners have been scheduled for training.
Training utilization indicated in hours
The column graph shows the most popular times that learners have been scheduled for training. The utilization percentage on the left axis of the graph is calculated by looking at the number of PCs available for training and how many were being used for training during that 30-minute training slot.
