Bulletin Progress (Summary)
This report indicates whether the intended audience is reading bulletins sent to them. The report can either be used to see high-level progress across all bulletins published or you can drill down to a specific bulletin, site or learner.
Head Office, Divisions, Regions and Sites (Branches) can benefit from using this report. The recommended frequency for generating this report is as and when required or at least weekly.

Content Deployment
This report indicates the deployment progress of content (courses and heavy bulletins) down to the site and PC level but also can be used to see high-level progress.
Head Office will use this report to monitor the content deployment to know when to make a course or heavy bulletin available to the intended audience. The recommended frequency for generating this report is as and when required or at least weekly.

E Learning Tracking Status Summary
This report indicates the progress of Individual e-Learning at the Divisional level. The progress is expressed as a percentage and is calculated on the number of Individual e-Learning courses available to learners on their pathway vs. the number of courses they have completed.
Head Office and Divisions can benefit from using this report. The recommended frequency for generating this report is as and when required or at least weekly.

E Learning Tracking Status Detail
This report indicates the progress of Individual e-Learning and can be used to drill down to a specific site, department, job or learner. The progress is expressed as a percentage and is calculated on the number of Individual e-Learning courses available to learners on their pathway vs. the number of courses they have completed.

PC Utilization
This report analyses the usage of the MyZone training devices (PCs) within regular training hours. It is a detailed report which enables you to view specific sites and PCs.
