If there is an IIS page on the screen, please do the following:


Step 1


  • Press F5 on the keyboard and wait for the screen to reload. If the IIS error is still there, move onto step 2.



Step 2


  • Wait 30 minutes for background services to load.
  • Press F5 on the keyboard and wait for the screen to reload.


If the IIS page is still there, please log a ticket with MyZone Support.
