Each staff member in Shoprite is assigned a job according to HR policies. Each job in Shoprite has a curriculum which is job specific and assists learners in developing knowledge and skills required for their job.
The Individual e-Learning courses a learner sees will depend on the job they have been assigned in the central HR database. Some of the Individual e-Learning courses will be the same across jobs but many will differ.
