If there have been personnel changes (transfers, dismissals, job changes, etc.) at your store or DC, and they are not reflecting on the Management Portal reports, please do the following:


  • Wait 24 hours and check the report again. The MyZone system gets its information from Shoprite’s central HR database and it can take up to 24 hours for this information to come through.


  • If the personnel changes are still not reflecting on the reports, contact your Regional Personnel Manager (RPM). Ask your RPM if they have requested the personnel changes.
    • If the RPM has requested the changes, please let us know the date the request was made. MyZone Support will need this information to investigate the issue further.
    • If the RPM has not requested the changes, please ask them to action it.
