This block on the dashboard shows by month the number of help desk tickets opened and closed. The tickets are categorised into those:

  • Open and still within service level agreements
  • Open and in breach of service level agreements
  • Closed within service level agreements
  • Closed in breach of service level agreements


To see the categories and number of tickets within each category, move your mouse over the graph to display the values.


Note: the data presented on the dashboard is not real-time. It is only updated once a day.



To get additional options for this chart, move your mouse over it to display the additional icons. With these icons, you can:

  • Enlarge the chart by clicking the Focus Mode icon.
  • Change the view of the graph by clicking the More Options icon and then selecting Sort By Month Name, Sort By Open≠SLA, Sort By Closed≠SLA, Sort By Open=SLA and Sort By Closed=SLA.
  • Export the data of the graph into a CSV format by clicking the More Options icon and then selecting Export Data.
