This message will appear if the course has not downloaded to the MyZone computer.


Step 1 – ensure the computer is switched on at ALL times


MyZone computers download courses at night. All staff (including security and cleaners) must be told not to switch the MyZone computers off, especially those staff responsible for closing the store at night.


Step 2 – contact MyZone Support


If you have confirmed that the computers are on overnight, and you are still getting a “content not found”, then please contact MyZone Support.
