If you frequently send bulletins to the same group of people, you can save these settings for future use.


To create a group, follow these steps:


From the left-hand menu, go to Support > Bulletin Admin.


Scroll to the bottom of the Bulletins list and click CREATE.



The Bulletin form will load. Complete all the required fields as you would normally. Refer to the help topic on how to publish a light bulletin for more information on this step.


Click the SAVE SETTINGS button.



The following fields will be stored in your group:

  • Bulletin Category
  • Country
  • Brand
  • Division
  • Designation
  • Site
  • Bypass SMS
  • Bulletin Type
  • Published


Note: languages are not stored as part of the group.


You will be prompted to enter a group name which will help you identify this group for future use. Click the Save button.



The Saved Bulletin Settings page will load, with your new group listed. From here you can load, edit or delete groups.
