If headphones have been provided for training, check that the headphone set is in working condition. If it works, then commence with the following steps:

  1. Unplug the headphones from the left side of the computer.
  2. Ensure that you are logged in and play a course to test for sound. If there is no sound, press F11 on the keyboard and then click on the volume icon on the bottom right corner. 
  3. This will open the volume settings. Does the volume icon have a red circle with a line through it? If so, click on it to remove the restriction. 
  4. Check the slider bar and adjust the slider bar upwards. 


Can you hear sound now?


If yes, then click the mouse anywhere to close the volume settings and press F11 on the keyboard.
