A learner may experience this when attempting a course. To resolve this, try the following steps:
Note: these instructions should only be done by an e-Champion or MyZone Super User.
Step 1 – kill page
Click the Kill pages button. If this does not resolve the issue, move on to step 2.
Step 2 – refresh the browser
On the keyboard, hold the Ctrl key down and then press F5 to refresh the browser. Give the browser time to refresh and load the login screen.
Ask the learner to re-attempt the course. If the page is still unresponsive, please contact MyZone Support.
