Ask the learner to log into MyZone and go to their All My Training. Locate the course in the curriculum to see whether there is a result against it.
If the learner has failed the course they will need to re-do it.
If the learner has passed the course, please contact MyZone Support as this result should be reflecting on the reports.
If there is no result against the course, ask the learner to re-do the course. The course should be started from the beginning and done without a break or using the bookmark feature. Sometimes, the bookmark feature prevents the result from being registered by the system.
